Ali Clinton is a UK based singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist. Drawing on vast influences; from the raw punch and passion of the blues to the ethereal ambience of Radiohead, Ali is a refreshingly unique artist in the UK today. His reverb soaked guitar and soaring powerful vocal adds to the perfect mix of song writing and technical ability leading to a performance you don't want to miss.

Formed in 2011, Alpha State are an exciting original metal band from Leicester with a ton of anthemic choruses, awesome riffs, earth shaking rhythms, out of this world guitar solos and soulful vocals.

Featuring Wayne Cooper (vocals), Matt Hicken (guitar), Lee Neal (bass) and Adam Obed (drums), the time has come for Alpha State to release their hard hitting EP, featuring the single "Save Yourself"

The Silver Threetles are more than a tribute to The Beatles, they are an in depth appreciation of Beatles music. A homage. The Silver Threetles came out of the desire to see The Beatles perform again. How would The Beatles deliver those songs after all this time?

There's millions of Beatles tributes, dressing up and recreating the records. The Silver Threetles decided that they wanted to focus solely on the music, noodling with the songs until they felt new and different.

"The challenge is to keep the essence of the song, whilst giving them a playful fresh coat of paint."

The Silver Threetles have created a unique series of shows that give the audience a breathtaking Beatles experience, paying tribute to music, but also adding a huge amount of energy to the perfoermcance. You can expect more than just a Beatles tribute band. This is an event.

Ash Mammal are a dynamic, theatrical and exciting band from Leicester. Churning out varied songs that take influence from a huge range of genres. A bright blend of aggressive rock noodled with catchy guitar riffs and a dirty groove.

An exercise in punkish unpredictability and a performance so theatrical, so full of outlandish art that it leaves your jaw in a permanent state of drop.

Playing live is what Sinnerboy do best. Anyone who has seen them will tell you, it's all about energy and passion, strong songs played with verve. But how else could you approach playing Rory's music?

Their repertoire numbers over forty songs (and rising), with material from every stage of Rory's career including his early days with Taste. Bullfrog Blues, Walk On Hot Coals, Tattooed Lady, Shadow Play, Moonchild and many more are the essential ingredients of every Sinnerboy set.

For Sinnerboy, keeping the music of Rory Gallagher alive for people who love to hear it, is all that matters, but don't look for three guys on stage poncing about in wigs trying to look like three other guys, what you get with this band is all out passionate Rory Gallagher music!

Gentle as the rolling English countryside but with as many twists and turns as an English country road; Steve Parker is a superb storyteller with wonderful songs. His style is easy and compelling with a honey dipped voice and a distinctive guitar style. A regular performer on the alternative and folk club scene, Steve has many gig miles under his belt which has earned him a dedicated following and great reviews.

Trembling Bells
The song-based group of Alex Neilson (drummer to Baby Dee, Tight Meat, Bonnie Prince Billy, Josephine Foster and more.) Like a faintly unhinged take on Fairport Convention or Fotheringay with soaring uplifting Sandy Denny style vocals that occasionally give way to deranged passages of feedback and clattering percussion.

The lyrically gifted, instrumentally dextrous Scot is adept at musing, using his uniquely anachronistic poetry, on ideology, history, society, community and even things like work and family. But any notion of confession has rarely made its way into his extraordinary oeuvre. His 'I' and the wonderful Roberts 'we' are pretty much consistently shadowy, abstract characters in often obscure narratives, whether he is singing his own or traditional songs" - The Quietus

A special night of wondrous songs with singer-songwriter, multi-instrumental space cadet Chris Conway and the delightful acoustic folk dub of Grace & The Magic roots.
They alternate sets and play some together on a night of songs with a hint of the magick and the cosmic.

Chris Conway, who has played with members of Jethro Tull, Peter Tork (The Monkees) has released his 11th studio album of songs, "Out Of The Blue", and Grace & the Magic Roots return from a successful UK tour and will play some songs from their forthcoming album.

Bristol born Nikki Lamborn carries the dynamo vocal lead, while Glaswegian, Catherine ‘Been’ Feeney asserts the ‘sonic art’ with keys and vocals. Joined by a world class band their raw, unfettered talent is undeniable and is enough to justify the impression the girls have left on audiences throughout Never The Bride’s 25 years of global domination.

Nikki also holds a successful reputation as a vocal coach; described as “the best I have ever known” by Beverley Knight and has appeared on TV as a vocal coach on BBC’s “Just The Two Of Us” and Channel 4’s “Faking It” series as well as recently taking part as a judge in BBC1s new Saturday night Prime time entertainment show All together Now. Nikki Lamborn was also approached in 2016 by Film Director Duncan Jones (David Bowies Son) Moon, Source Code, Warcraft, and asked if she would appear in his latest Film MUTE which goes out on Netflix on Friday 23rd February. Sebastian Buccheri (jazzdefector) is a multimedia artist and musician. He has been on a guitar odyssey for many years; learning, experimenting with, and listening to, many musical styles pulling all the disparate together to create his own style. Time, space and the human condition are some of the re-occurring themes in his compositions and improvisation.

He has collaborated with video artist Matthew Pell, internationally respected jazz guitarist Noël Akchoté, musician/producer Adam Lamprell, Paul Randall(Microvolt) and vocalist Genoveva Kachurkova from Macedonia.

Siobhan Mazzei is a singer-Songwriter with a haunting voice to remember and fascinating guitar skills to match.

Initial Thought are an acoustic duo from Leicester.

Elysian are an acoustic duo from Leicester, consisting of deep, soulful vocals from Celia with compelling guitar backing from Lon. Their influences include Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles and Bob Marley amongst others, which forms their unique and special blend of jazz and blues with a reggae edge. The duo play well written originals and a mix of carefully selected covers, always in their own style. They began their musical journey on the Leicester open mic scene and have quickly progressed to headlining nights and running their own successful music evening.

Guns 2 Roses have existed since late 2002 and have become biggest GNR tribute in history with the credentials to prove it!

Their ability to emulate classic GNR has even been approved by members of the actual Guns N Roses and is also why G2R are the most famous GNR tribute band in the world having played live with actual members of GNR on multiple occasions with footage on YouTube from each event. They have and still play to thousands throughout the world from UK, Europe, India, Middle East and USA. 28 countries in total so far and are assigned to all the major tribute festivals, venues and agencies in the UK and Europe.

Established local indie rockers Revival launch their debut EP tonight, showcasing their sharp song writing talent and creative musicality. Featuring band members Daz (lead vocals/guitar), Nige (guitar/backing vocals), Sam (keyboards/backing vocals), Joe (bass) and Rob (drums) with a complimentary supporting line up of local indie talent.

You may recognise members of this eclectic group of Midlands musicians from their various other projects, including The Specials, Kingsize, Feelabeelia, Loscoe State Opera, and Rankin' Steady. But Bluebird Parade is another animal entirely. Not quite pop, not quite rock, not quite folk, and definitely not ska, we mix acoustic, electric, and brass instrumentation with haunting vocals to take you in unexpected aural directions.

A night of local female singer songwriters featuring Courtney Askey Recently signed to Blizzard Records. Her words, when married to her honey coated vocal, draw the listener in with the warmth and infectious charm of her delivery.

Featuring March To The Grave and Budgie Smugglers. Does what it says on the tin - if you like your music loud, fun and messy this is one not to miss!

Tonight we play host to a rock 'n' roll party featuring two of Leicester's favourite bands! Honking sax-based Mojohand with Al Sansome's slide guitar and Charlie Lewin's rasping vocals will perform Chuck Berry and Eddie Cochran standards amongst many more.

Boogie piano based Mama don't allow, featuring Mike Pruden's vocals and great guitar work will delve into the catalogue of Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Elvis and the like.

It's going to be lively and a whole lot of fun, with tickets a bargain at just £5!

Speeding at you like an out of control train, XII Boar (pronounced 'Twelve Boar') have been tearing a new one into the stoner/sludge/metal scene over the last few years. The three-piece wrecking ball from Aldershot, Hampshire, blast their way into your skull with ear-splitting leads, sonic riffs, filthy bass lines, whiskey drenched vocals and a sweet southern groove.

Combining Motorhead’s swagger, Sabbath’s downtrodden doom and the swinging crunch of Corrosion of Conformity – these Hampshire louts lay down a colossal slab of rock n' roll-infused groove metal that fuels even the greatest parties.

With their début album 'Pitworthy' released in March 2015, XII Boar are on track to be unstoppable.

Winners of the 2014 Original Bands Showcase, Tapestry are a trio from Leicester consisting of Elliot Buchanan, Taylor Burton and Alex Ulyett. They play hip hop influenced electronic music that they write and produce themselves. Their musical influences include artists such as James Blake and BadBadNotGood to Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. The result is a balance between soul inspired melodies and electronic productions.
